Local artist Frances McDonald has been working one-on-one for weeks with local Chattanooga youth to create these unique "I" statements, now posted on the old Ross Hotel on Georgia Avenue. A few youth from the Partnership's group homes participated in this exciting project, creating their own "I" statement and assisting with the artwork. Take a drive by the old hotel and check out these creative pieces!
